Its interesting to wonder what to do today, yet most of us follow our habbits or daily routine.
Many people can go years without really thinking that much about what they are doing besides following instructions or doing what they always do. If we take a few minutes each morning to list 10 things we are grateful for and three things you want to accomplish that day, you will be surprised how much your life can change.
Being grateful is a very powerful tool. By making a list of what we are grateful for each day helps put our brain in a new perspective. This new perspective helps frame our activities and also helps prevent self pity and and depression. Each day has the opportunity to bring us a new exciting experience that will change our life forever. When we worry about past actions or try to change our past, it takes away brain cells that could be used to help us achieve new achievements.
