I've been using my telephone to follow up with clients instead of e-mail and have increased my sales by about 10%. I confess I use my cell phone only for e-mail and as a last resort. I never seem to be able to dig it out of my briefcase in time to take a call and I'm annoyed with people who put their cell on the table during out meeting .. cell usage is still very expensive in Canada, doing anything but e-mail and short conversations makes no sense.
